Lo que me gusta, en un sentido casi fanático, de los marxistas, es que no tienen miedo de llevar las ideas hasta sus últimas consecuencias. Lo que no me gusta es también justo eso: que en el mundo real hay matices... y yo sí creo que los matices importan; que el individuo cuenta como parte del todo y viceversa. Y también que el sexo y el género juegan un papel importante en la división del trabajo, y las relaciones de subordinación, etcétera... toda la crítica feminista al marxismo que todxs conocemos y suscribimos (al menos en mi imaginación). En fin, esta es, en resumen, una aproximación marxista (obviamente ciega a consideraciones de género) a la prostitución:

Prostitution then represents the economic coercion, exploitation and alienation of the wage labour.
